If my Iphone8 it propped up against my Thinkpad 490 on the right side, it cause the laptop. Then you can easily set a timer for the duration you want: Iphone 8 cause T490 to go into Sleep Mode. Once you’re in Clock, tap on “Timer” along the bottom. You can actually do this whether you have music playing yet or not, btw, so it’s quite possible to set the timer, then start up your audio book or favorite relaxation CD. Yes, the Clock has a timer feature, and in that timer feature there’s a way to set it to stop playing audio content when it runs out rather than just having the timer beep or emit an alarm sound. Don’t give up, however, because it turns out that there is a way to have a sleep timer on audio, whether you’re listening to music or an audio book, and whether you’re on an iPad or iPhone.

You would think that a sleep timer would be an easy addition to the Music app on the Apple iPhone, but it’s not an option.
