

For some reason, the Steam installer does NOT seem to reinstall them as it should when you reinstall the game or check the game cache. I don't have an NVidia card, I'm not using any mods of any sort, just the normal, straight-up DLCs and it was just working great last night and when I get up to play this morning I have this error, having made NO changes of any sort.
